We contacted The AV Connection about the network system in our home which was struggling to make connection in some of the rooms. Josh came out and provided me with a written estimate that was very reasonable. We hired them to do the job. The crew arrived on time, was very efficient and respectful of our home. The A/V Connection has transformed my home into a fun interactive experience that I never imagined I would enjoy so much.When I decided to remodel my home I wanted to modernize my Audio/video. Josh walked me through all the options and helped me understand all the systems available and how to combine all my audio, video, lighting, heating, air conditioning, security cameras and alarm into an easy to use control panel and remote control. It also has an app for my phone that I can use remotely to control all of these features. Josh, Diana and Alex's install crew were outstanding, always quick to respond to questions and clean work. I was at the end of a Reno so couldn't do everything I wanted so Josh adjusted to fit in my budget and still give me a great AV system that I will definitely be adding onto. We could not have had a better experience! I was extremely frustrated with our old system. couldn't figure out how to use the NV systems in the house unless my kids or husband were there to help me. I finally gave up and just had a portable system. Josh(Bleijenberg-owner) assured me that his system would be very easy to use. He was right! I called for an appointment late November and first available was Dec 20th. Josh was right on time and we through my home addressing what I needed. I needed a "spiderweb" mess of wires left from the last AV person, sorted out and change a couple connections, update our LR tv with a new smart remote and connect our new Sonos player with SiriusXM in home. He jumped in and hooked up the Sonos, which was great as we were having a Christmas party two days later and we arranged for him to come 12/31 with his two helpers to do the rest.12/31 right on time, but he was alone - helpers were sick and he was going to do it all alone. He left our house at 6:15pm. I felt so bad he had to work so late. He was so cordial, neat and so patient explaining everything. He is contacting my sister to get basically the same services done. I can't applaud and thank him enough for everything. I will be recommending The AV Connection and Josh to everyone that needs this service. Thanks again Josh!
