Service Maintenance

Now that your new AV system has been installed and is running just the way you imagined it, how do you keep it that way? The AV Connection has you covered. Simply choose one of our service maintenance contracts, each with three maintenance calls annually, scheduled approximately every 4 months apart to keep your new AV system healthy and up to date.

All service contracts include CCTV camera cleaning, full System Updates, and general maintenance on consumable parts. We will also update you on available new features for existing equipment and devices.

Tier 1

Offers all the above with 72-hour priority which means if you need support, we will be here within 3 business days of your call.

Tier 2

Offers all the above with 24-hour priority if you need support, we will be there the next business day. And that’s not all – the Tier 2 contract comes with offsite remote access to Network capable devices (shown below) and you get the Control4 4-Sight subscription.

Control4 4-Sight Subscription

When you're away
from your home or business, now you can have Anywhere Access to your Control4 system with the Control4 app and a 4 Sight subscription. Control lighting, adjust the temperature, view cameras and more from virtually anywhere you have 3G/4G or Internet access.

With the 4 Sight subscription you also get access to your Control4 system from a web browser, alerts on the go and security features designed to keep you safely connected and in control anytime, anywhere.
